Jeremy is trained in multiple modalities including energy coaching, clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®). He uses trauma-informed somatic therapies and mindfulness methods to help people overcome their fears of expressing themselves and being heard and seen.
