Biography
I was a frontline healthcare worker for over 15 years. Despite immense career satisfaction in the past, I was suffering from significant burnout and exhaustion. After my first 60-minute experience with EFT I literally began to smile and laugh again. The best part was that I loved my patients again. I went from sleeping 3 to 4 hours per night to 6 hours right away. I was able to yell at my boss without actually yelling at my boss. Tapping didn’t change the job, but it really changed me. I quit over-reacting to difficult situations, I made better decisions, and I began to enjoy life in a way I never had. I felt like I had found the truest version of myself. Eventually I dove headfirst into training and a career as an EFT practitioner and have found more joy and satisfaction than I thought possible. I love helping people find clarity and get unstuck. I especially enjoy helping women give themselves the compassion that they have been denied for too long.
I worked as a medical transcriptionist for many years before eventually graduating from Salt Lake Community College as a radiologic technologist. Eventually I moved to Houston, Texas and studied radiation therapy at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Afterwards I spent ten years working as a radiation therapist in Phoenix, Arizona, Salt Lake City, Utah and in southeast Idaho where I currently reside. Some of my favorite things are summertime snuggles with my dogs in the backyard hammock and snowy winter walks. Please contact me to see how I can help you release some of the stress you are carrying and find pleasure in simple things.
